Rental Terms & Conditions FAQ

 

By agreement of rental, you are assumed to have read the following terms and conditions as stated in this FAQ..

How do i know the availability of the speakers?

 

Drop an enquiry in the 'Contact Us'! Or if it's urgent, drop an SMS stating your name/date required/type of event to 8843 1181 . We aim to reply within 24-48 hrs.

I need to pick it up a day earlier/return it a day later etc..
Will i be charged an extra day? 

 

It depends. I'm generally not fussy about early pick ups, as long as there is no conflict in booking schedules. i understand sometimes your event ends late! I work on a trust basis, trusting that the rentor is honest in declaring the usage of the speakers. If your event spills across 2 days, i'm flexible.  SMS to make your request and i will do my best to accomodate accordingly. 

How do i make a booking?

 

Once we confirm via SMS, you can proceed to make the required payment by bank transfer.

POSB Savings : 058-33043-4   . Once done, kindly inform me the status.

Is a deposit required?

 

Yes, we take a refundable deposit of S$100 , paid upon collection of the equiptment.  This amount is returned back to you once you return the equiptment in good condition.

What are the delivery options? Where is the pick up location? 

 

We offer 2 way drop off delivery for $55. If it is at a commercial building, handover would be usually be at the nearest drop off point.  If you require setup, an additional $25 would be charged. (To cover parking and labour la!)

 

For self pickups - Address is at Blk 858A Tampines Ave 5.

24/7 Availability in the east of Singapore, Tampines Central Park area. 

 (1 bus stop from Tampines MRT  with buses 34, 46, 69, 72, 291, 513 from the nearest bus stop)

What happens if i damage the equiptment? 

 

Well, be honest about it.  Just offer to pay the repair cost (which would be made transparent to you) and top up the difference from the deposit.  

 

Damage can range anything from physically breaking parts of the system or causing it to not work well.  Generally if you pack everything back the way you took it out, nothing should be damaged. :)

What is your cancellation policy?

 

We understand things happen that is sometimes beyond your control,  should you need to cancel a confirmed booking, this is our policy: 

​

1) If you inform us before event day , just a $15 admin fee will be charge with full refund

2) If on day booking is committed and delivered, then delivery fee is charged fully and you may choose between - 
   a) Have full rental fee as future credit valid for 1 year
   b) Have a $30 admin charge with full refund
